A: Yes we do! At PrettyBabe Cosmetics we strive to ensure that all of our products are made fresh to order and are homemade. We carefully curate each product with the best ingredients so that you are always receiving the best product possible!

 

Q: Where is PrettyBabe located?

A: PrettyBabe Cosmetics is located out of Sarnia, Ontario in Canada. Our address can be found at the bottom of our website in the "Reach Out to Us!" section.

 

Q: Do you offer worldwide shipping?

A: Yes we do! Shipping costs a flat rate of $25 no matter where you live. If your order is over $100, we offer FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the world!

 

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once you place an order, we will begin to package your order. Once we are ready to send it out and have created a tracking slip, you will receive an email letting you know that its on the way with the associated tracking number.

 

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?

A: Once we receive your order, it usually takes us approximately 24 hours for us to fulfill the order and deliver your package to the shipping facility.

A: Yes, all of our products are safe for sensitive skin. We have curated our products to be gentle, yet effective on all skin types from dry or oily skin to combination skin.

 

Q: Do you have any products for acne?

A: Yes we do! We have carefully created acne products that effectively target acne without drying out your skin and leaving you refreshed and hydrated! All of our products that target acne can be found under the "Acne Care" area in Skincare.

 

Q: Do you have any products for pain?

A: Yes we do! We have specially crafted products for targeting and relieving pain, as well as anxiety. We also offer therapeutic products in the same area. These products can be found under our "Pain, Anxiety & Therapeutic" collection.

A: All of our products are excellent choices for all ages of skin! All our products are carefully designed and made to minimize pores and wrinkles, while leaving your skin looking young, healthy and refreshed!
